Triple Play Rentals only provides weekly rentals.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off 

The customer will pick up and drop off their rental order. 

Each tournament week: 

Pick Up is always Day 1 of the tournament week. This is non-negotiable. If you do not pick up your rentals on Day 1, you forfeit your reservation, rental fee, and security deposit. 

Drop Off is any day before or on Day 7 of the tournament week.

Please ensure you drop off the items securely underneath the enclosed tent provided.

Pick-up/Drop-off Locations:

Location #1: 4102 NY-23, West Oneonta, NY 13820 (1 minute from All Star Village entrance)

Location #2: 4370 NY-28, Milford, NY 13807 (2 minutes from Dreams Park)

Please let us know when placing your order what location you will be picking up at – this is very important! 

Deposit

Security deposits are calculated at check-out. 

This refundable deposit holds the reservation of the requested rental order, and acts as a damage protection fee. The customer will receive the deposit back once the rented items are all returned in an acceptable condition. 

Security deposit refunds begin processing 2-3 days following Day 7 of the tournament week.

Cancellation Policy

Rental orders cancelled 7 or more days before the rental start date (for any reason) will be given a 100% refund, minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations thereafter, refunds will not be eligible. This includes the security deposit.

Terms and Conditions of Equipment Rental

By selecting the checkbox, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Responsibility for Equipment: The Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment while it is in their possession. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, except for natural wear from responsible use.
2. Loss or Damage: The Renter will be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the equipment. If the equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, the Renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost at the current market price. For equipment that can be repaired, the Renter will be responsible for all repair costs as determined by Triple Play Rentals.
3. Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Play Rentals from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings, including costs and attorney’s fees, arising out of the use or possession of the rented equipment.
4. Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the entire understanding between Triple Play Rentals and the Renter. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
5. Age Requirement: The Renter affirms that they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
